Carlton: "I Thought Ashley Was In Bed."
Will: "Yeah, And You Also Thought Tupac Shakur Was A Jewish Holiday."
I watched live-action Aladin the night before with my family. The next day, clips of Will Smith slapping the shit out of Chris Rock are all over my social media and I’m like, “wtf happened to this world?!!!” I’m so overwhelmed; the Coronavirus is still wreaking havoc, gas prices are crazy, Russia is at war with Ukraine and now Will Smith just slapped the shit out of somebody. I watched King Richard a few days earlier and what an excellent performance. Whatever awards are being handed out, give Will Smith one. That physical altercation with Chris Rock shouldn’t influence your critique of Will Smith’s acting ability. What happened the night of the Oscars was primordial. A man disrespected his wife in front of millions of people. “I challenge you to a duel good sir” *slap. It was Will Smith’s duty to defend his wife’s honor. Will Smith is from Philly. I thought we all watched Fresh Prince Of Bel Aire growing up.
Blockchain, Metaverse & NFTs will revolutionize the roles Will Smith take on in the future. If Will Smith was an NFT collection, roles such as i Robot, Independence Day & Fresh Prince will be 3D avatars that can be sold as NFTs. The owner of these NFTs could join the Metaverse as these 3D models.

ERC1155 authored by Witek Radomski, Andrew Cooke, Philippe Castonguay, James Therien, Eric Binet, & Ronan Sandfor is the next generation of NFTs. ERC1155 is the standard interface for contracts that manage multiple token types. A single deployed contract may include any combination of fungible tokens, non-fungible tokens, or other configurations.
Avatars such as Will Smith in I am Legend or Men In Black can be used as different token types connected to the core identity of the owner of the NFT. Even the event at the Oscars can be memed as an NFT. Instead of Chris Rock, Will Smith Oscar variations could slap Donald Trump, Kanye West, Vladimir Putin, or Kim Jin-Il.

I personally feel that Will shouldn't have immediately resorted to violence. If he wasn't okay with the joke Chris told about his wife, he could've called him backstage after the show and told him he didn't like it. That's how civilised people act.
Will Smith truly disappointed all his fans by the behaviour he showed on stage during the Oscars. The slap could be ignored as just harmless fun but the vulgar words he used afterwards just ruined everything.
